Texto 28 Nº 1 is the next step in my experimentation with different paradigms for composition for fixed media. The inclusion of performance and improvisatory elements has become more present in my music since I made my sound installation based on a choreographed environmental sound recording, Gates. Including the concept of choreography in the recording process enables me to design complex and directional sound events with a maximum economy of resources while altering the paradigm of electroacoustic composition, traditionally based on achieving the maximum variation through the process of a limited amount of material, idea which comes from the traditional European instrumental composition.
